【Outage Report】"Out of Stock" Displayed, and Unable to Place Orders - Issue Has Occurred【Resolved】


We greatly appreciate your continued patronage.

Today, from around 8:00 AM to 14:00 PM, the following issue occurred, resulting in the inability to purchase some products. 

  •  【Issue】For products of the type that cannot be ordered beyond the stock quantity (such as VANCET, Sanwell, Oakura Trading products), all SKUs were displayed as "Out of Stock," and no SKU could be selected, nor could items be added to the cart.
  • 【Cause】There was a malfunction in the program uploaded at 8:00 AM today.

  • 【Response】We uploaded a corrected program at 14:00 PM today, and the problem has now been resolved.

We will strengthen our program verification system and strive to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. We deeply apologize to the customers who were inconvenienced. We kindly ask for your continued support of ApparelX.
